  • 23 Aug 2022WC alerted to lost note instance via phone call. Logged in as user and tested. Able to replicate issue of notes disappearing. When Auto Commit script ran, the commit would commit one character to the note (often spaces so no note was visible) Reviewed MIDS auto commit time, set at 600 seconds. Implemented in UCC. Informed WC to log out and log back in (to reset auto commit timer). Instructed to utilise save button frequently.Jacob Edwards2h

  • 9 Aug 2022Visit to House 14, JZ reported issues. Found to be Web Direct showing Portal scroll bar over plus button for note, making user think they can't create a note as the button was not visible.Jacob Edwards30m
  • 8 Aug 2022PC with JZ - Couldn't find how to create note. Described Plus button over phone, user confirmed found it, created note. PC with JZ - Lost note. JE confirmed unable to see data. JZ confirmed was typing note for a while, then screen turned white and her note is now gone. JZ colourfully expressed satisfaction levels with system. JZ to review with next staff member. JE notes JZ successfuly added content to note. Tested with Sample User. Utilised Microsoft Edge. Test 1: Typing in Body field, with intermittent clicking out of web browser and back into web browser. Body field was editable for 29 minutes. Test 2: Typing in body field, making no clicks on XS or external applications for 15 minutes resulted in Web Direct time out. Identifed as cause of JZ issue. Reviewed and found Web Direct time out set at 15 minutes. Discussed possible repercussions of adjusting to greater time frame with Tash. Reviewed Auto-Commit as it did not function during Note Entry. Get(ActiveFieldName) did not update immediately in Data Viewer when Title/Body field was being selected.Jacob Edwards2h 30m
